Who is below standard right now?

The Qualification Score Threshold Report takes a course, a score and a condition — at or above, above, at or below, below — with an optional date range, and returns the people who meet it with the score, pass or fail, date and location.

The important detail is which attempt it uses: each person’s most recent scored attempt at that course, before the threshold is applied. An older passing score can never hide a newer failing one.

Use it to

  • Build a remediation list — everyone whose latest score is below the cutoff, ready before an annual review
  • Check a window — where a unit stood during a specific quarter
  • Keep history — retired courses still report
  • Schedule real people — retired personnel are left out

Qualification analytics

The Qualification Analytics Review has per-course charts, summary figures and a qualification date range that filters the charts and the activity table together. It includes qualifications recorded with more than one instructor, and excludes scores that have been disabled. The 360° profile has the same date range for its performance-by-course charts.

Training beyond the range

  • Unlimited custom training categories
  • Annual goals and budget dashboards
  • Training gap reports and notifications
  • Perishable skills and certification expirations

Training & qualification FAQ

Can instructors record qualifications at the range without paper?

Yes. Qualifications are recorded in real time on any tablet or laptop, with scores, pass/fail results and encrypted target photos. Ammunition used is depleted from inventory automatically.

How does the qualification threshold report avoid old passing scores?

It takes each person’s most recent scored attempt at the course first, and only then applies your threshold. An older passing score cannot hide a newer failing one.

Can one qualification have more than one instructor?

Yes. Multi-instructor qualifications are supported, appear in instructor activity reports, and are included in the Qualification Analytics Review.

What happens when an officer has equipment but not the training for it?

APB360 checks every issued asset against the training your issuance policy requires. When a required record is missing or coming due, it raises an alarm and notifies the officer and their supervisor automatically.
