Live Inventory: Every Count, Every Change, the Moment It Happens

Inventory in APB360 is now live. When someone receives a delivery, issues ammunition to an officer or records a range day, every screen showing that item updates on its own — counts, charts and tables — and the change is written into a permanent history that says who made it, why, and where the units came from and went.

A History You Can Trust

Every change to a unit count is now recorded as a movement: the item, each location or person it touched, the count before and after, the reason, the note and the person who made it. A transfer is one entry with both sides — minus ten at the armory, plus ten with the officer — so you can follow units from where they were to where they went. Negative counts are shown rather than hidden, because when consumption recorded at the range runs ahead of stock, that is exactly the thing a supervisor needs to see.

  • Quantity over time — every non-serialized item now has a graph of units on hand for any date range, with the location and employee split, and a list of its latest changes
  • Live everywhere it appears — inventory reports, item pages and open adjustment windows update as soon as a change is saved, by anyone, on any device
  • Reasons, not guesses — procured, issued, returned, consumed, used in qualification, physical count, lost or stolen, destroyed and more

Adjusting a Count Takes Seconds

The old quantity pop-up is gone. The new Adjust Inventory panel shows the live count at that location and who changed it last, then lets you add, remove or set a physical count, with a preview of the result before you save. Choose a reason, add a note, and optionally certify the count in the same step. If someone else changes the count while you have the panel open, it tells you and applies your change to the new number — nobody’s work is overwritten. It works the same on a phone as at a desk.

The item page has been rebuilt around it: stock by location with an adjust button on every row, a clear summary of units at locations and with employees, the transfer form, and a deliberate, confirmed button for hiding an item so it cannot be done by accident.

Reports Built for Large Inventories

Inventory reporting, the 360° employee profile, item pages, the A&D transaction trace and the inventory expiration report now page, sort and search on the server. Agencies with thousands of items get the first page instantly, and search covers every record rather than only the rows already loaded. Wide tables scroll inside their own box instead of stretching the page, and every report works on a phone.

Qualification Analytics, Rebuilt

The Qualification Analytics Review has a new layout with per-course charts, summary figures and a qualification date range that filters the charts and the activity table together. It also now includes qualifications recorded with more than one instructor, which the previous version left out, and it excludes scores that have been disabled. The 360° profile gained the same date range for its performance-by-course charts and qualification records.
