Law Enforcement & Public Safety
Enterprise
$95 per Employee / year
Based on roster members (employees/contractors) with assets in custody and/or training records on file (Active Status).
User accounts also count as licenses at the same rate. If a person logs into the system, that account is billed at $95 per year — even when a corresponding employee record already exists.

- Licenses required for retired employees when tracking historical data — all training records and historical asset information are preserved for the life of the account
- Retired employees with record retention: $12 per year per retired employee
- Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions (e.g. Microsoft Azure): $5,000 per year
- Automated Roster Processing (daily secure file upload of entire roster): $1,000 per year
- Automated Roster Chain of Command Processing (daily secure file upload of entire roster hierarchy): $1,000 per year
- You own your data — download an export at any time
- Hardware & Label Packages sold separately (optional)
- Custom software development: $175 per hour (one hour minimum)
- Business consulting: $125 per hour (one hour minimum)
Firearm Manufacturer Packages
Available for Type 07 and higher Federal Firearms Licensees only. We do not offer manufacturer packages to Type 01 Dealers or Type 02 Pawnbrokers.
Enterprise (All Inclusive)
Starting $13,000 per Federal Firearm License / year
User accounts also count as licenses at the same rate. Any person who logs into the system is billed as a licensed user — even when a corresponding employee or staff record already exists.

Pricing FAQ
How is the $95 per employee pricing calculated?
The $95 per year rate applies to each active roster member — employees or contractors with assets in custody and/or training records on file. It's a flat annual subscription; there are no separate module, storage, messaging, or user-seat charges. Unlimited concurrent users and assets are included.
Who counts as an active employee for pricing purposes?
Anyone on the roster in Active Status with tracked assets or training records is billed at $95 per year. If someone has a user account and logs into the system, that account is also billed at $95 per year — even when a corresponding employee record already exists.
Do we have to pay for retired employees?
Only if you want to keep their historical training and asset records searchable. Retired employees are billed at a reduced rate of $12 per year each. All training and asset history is preserved for the life of the account regardless — the fee only unlocks continued reporting on those records.
What is included in the $13,000 manufacturer package?
The Enterprise (All Inclusive) manufacturer package per Federal Firearms License covers eSOP, QA, travelers, WIP management, ISO 9001 support, RMA / warranty management, electronic bound book (Acquisitions and Dispositions logbook), chain of custody, and RFID integrations. Available for Type 07 FFLs and above.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
Onboarding — initial data import and user training for assets, employees, supervisors, and accounts — is included at no extra charge in the first year. Annual training refreshers and new-hire training are also included for the life of the account as online webinars. On-site training is negotiated as needed.
Can we buy through a state or cooperative contract?
Yes. APB360 is available through Mallory Supply, Safeware, Sentinel Supply, and Omnia Partners cooperative purchasing vehicles. Agencies can also purchase directly from APB360 if that fits their procurement process better.
What add-ons carry separate fees?
Single Sign-On (e.g. Microsoft Azure) is $5,000 per year. Automated Roster Processing (secure daily upload of your full roster) is $1,000 per year, and Chain-of-Command Processing is another $1,000 per year. Custom software development is $175 per hour and business consulting is $125 per hour, each with a one-hour minimum. Hardware and label packages are sold separately.
