Know Who Signed In — and Who Is Falling Behind on Qualifications
Two new reports are live in APB360: a sign-in audit trail, and qualification scoring by threshold. Both answer questions that agencies and compliance officers ask constantly and that most systems make surprisingly hard: who had access to this record, and who is below standard right now.
The Login Audit Report
APB360 now records every sign-in and sign-out as its own permanent entry — the account, the date and time in your organization’s local time, the network address the session came from, and the device used. Entries are written once and are never rewritten or overwritten by later activity, so the trail reflects what actually happened rather than the last time a record was touched.
- Filter by user and date range — the whole organization over a month, or one person over a year
- Sortable and searchable — the report opens on the last seven days and sorts newest first
- Exportable — copy, CSV, Excel, PDF or print, for an auditor who wants the evidence in their own hands
- Restricted by design — only master-level administrators can open it. Sign-in addresses are not something every account should be able to read.
It matters most when a question is asked after the fact. Who was signed in when that disposition was recorded? Did a departing employee’s account go quiet when their access was removed? Is anyone signing in from somewhere they should not be, or at hours that do not fit their shift? Those are easy questions to answer with a dated trail and nearly impossible without one.
The Qualification Score Threshold Report
Pick a qualification course, a score and a condition — at or above, above, at or below, below — with an optional date range. The report returns the people who meet it, with the score, pass or fail, the date and the location.
The important detail is which attempt it uses. The report takes each person’s most recent scored attempt at that course and only then applies your threshold. An older passing score can never hide a newer failing one. That is the difference between a list you can act on and a list that quietly reassures you.
- Build a remediation list — everyone whose latest score is below the cutoff, ready before an annual review
- Check a window — narrow to a date range to see where a unit stood during a specific quarter
- Retired courses still report — a course can be closed to new qualifications and keep its history
- Current roster only — retired personnel are left out, so the list is people you can actually schedule
Both reports are available to existing customers at no additional cost. Questions about enabling them for your organization? Email sales@apb360.com or call 251-677-7978.
