New functionality has been introduced to provide advanced RMA/Repair email notification routing rules. System users can now configure a specific email address to specific RMA Repair status scenarios: Refund, Repair and Replace. Additionally, specific emails can be configured for All Status Updates and Call Tag Requested. Seamlessly communicate with your customers as gunsmithing tickets are managed in the repair/rma queue. Master operator accounts can now add and remove user permissions, including granting the Master Operator privileges. Most importantly, the “Retire” account status has been added as well. This functionality is available from the Employee/Operator Roster Report.
