Up to 5 minutes of inaccessible database connections due to a dns change in the migration

Maintenance Information:

Database Engineers will be performing a disruptive maintenance in our DFW2 Data Center to migrate cloud database instances to a new host server between 22:00 CDT March 28, 2017 and 04:00 CDT on March 29, 2017.  We have taken precautions in preparation for this maintenance and anticipate a 5 minute interruption for single instance customers due to a dns record change.  Our highly available (HA) database instances will endure a few seconds of packet loss during the failover process.
