Enterprise: $95 per Employee (Assets and or Training Records Recorded, Active Status)
Unlimited messaging, concurrent users, storage, and assets.
Each license is based on your roster members (employees/contractors) and whether or not they have assets in their custody or training records on file.
Licenses are still required for retired employees, assuming you are tracking historical data, and all training records and historical asset information are preserved for the life of your account. Retired employees with record retention are $12 per year per retired employee.
User/Operator logins are $95 per year per user.
Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions like Microsoft Azure start at $5,000 per year.
Automated Roster Processing (daily secure file upload of your entire roster): $1,000 per year
Automated Roster Chain of Command Processing (daily secure file upload of your entire roster hierarchy): $1,000 per year
Your data is yours! You own your data and can download an export at any time.
Hardware & Label Packages are sold separately and are optional.
Custom software development rates are $175 per hour, one hour minimum.
Business consulting rates are $125 per hour, one hour minimum.
Onboarding services like initial data import & user training (assets, employees, supervisors, accounts) are included in the first year. Annual training refreshers and new hire training are also included for the life of the account, as online webinar classes. On-site training will be negotiated as needed.
