A Faster 360° Employee Profile: Return Many Assets at Once, Flag What Needs Follow-Up, and See Exactly What Changed

The 360° employee profile, where supervisors and armorers spend much of their day, has been rebuilt around the work people actually do on it. Checking in a departing officer’s equipment now takes a few clicks instead of dozens, anything that needs follow-up can be flagged where you find it, and the inventory history finally tells the story of what changed.

Return Many Assets in One Step

Every serialized asset on the profile now has a checkbox, and one more in the header selects every asset on the page. Choose a stocking location, press Return Selected, review the list of serial numbers, and confirm. Returning thirty weapons, radios or tasers used to mean thirty separate forms; now it is one.

  • Selection that keeps up with you — search for one serial, tick it, search for the next: everything you selected stays selected across searches and pages
  • Review before anything changes — you see exactly which serial numbers are going where before you confirm
  • A clean record — assets dispositioned to the employee come back into the A&D book together in one check-in, and each asset’s location is updated at the same time

A Clearer Asset Table

The serial number has its own column, so the list can be scanned and sorted at a glance. Modify, Trace, Flag and Return are separate buttons on every row, with inspection, self-certification and ownership one click away under More. Certification status, return flags and when the asset was last photographed sit together in one Status column, and blank dates are simply blank.

Flag an Employee, or Any Record

Not every follow-up is about a piece of equipment. Supervisors can now flag the employee with a free-form note — a body armor fitting that is overdue, paperwork to collect, a conversation to have — and it stays in red at the top of their profile until someone clears it. Clearing asks how it was resolved, and the cleared flag is kept as history, so nothing quietly disappears.

Any line of the employee’s inventory history can be flagged the same way. The flag keeps your note together with the record it is about — the date, the change, the serial number or item and the quantity — so whoever picks it up knows exactly what to look at. Every open flag, on people and on records, is listed on Manage Inventory Alerts next to the asset flags.

Inventory History That Shows What Changed

Historical Inventory Records used to list what an employee holds now, or what was left over. It now shows every change, newest first: what was issued, returned, consumed, transferred or counted, how many, what the employee held afterward, where it came from or went, who recorded it and why.

  • Serialized and non-serialized together — firearms and equipment from the A&D book and asset locations, ammunition and supplies from the live inventory ledger, with buttons to show one kind or the other
  • Plus and minus at a glance — units coming in and going out are marked, and records marked in error in the A&D book say so
  • One click to the full story — each serial number opens its transaction trace, and each item opens its asset report

Also New: Return Flags for Non-Serialized Assets

Released earlier today: ammunition, OC spray and other counted items an officer holds can be flagged for return with a due date and a note, just like serialized assets. Read the update.
