APB360 will be unavailable for up to one hour tonight while we upgrade our database. The work starts at about 11:00 PM Central on Monday, October 19, 2026 — 9:00 PM Pacific, 10:00 PM Mountain, 12:00 AM Eastern — and we expect everything to be back well within the hour.

- The APB360 API — including the mobile apps and scanners that use it
This website, apb360.com, stays up throughout.
Before 11:00 PM Central
Please finish and submit anything you are working on, such as dispositions, transfers, inventory counts or qualification records, before the window starts. Anything not yet submitted when maintenance begins will need to be entered again afterward, and pages left open overnight may need to be reloaded.
Why We Are Doing It
We are moving all APB360 data to a single, modern text encoding. Names, addresses and notes that contain accented or non-English letters — ü, ñ, é, ş and the like — will be stored and displayed correctly everywhere, including some older records that display them incorrectly today, and every part of APB360 will compare text the same way, which keeps searches fast as rosters and inventories grow. Nothing about how you use APB360 changes, and your data stays exactly where it is.
