New Email Routing Features
New functionality has been introduced to provide advanced RMA/Repair email notification routing rules. System users can now configure a specific email address to specific RMA Repair status scenarios: Refund, Repair and Replace. Additionally, specific emails can be configured for All Status Updates and Call Tag Requested. Seamlessly communicate with your customers as gunsmithing tickets are managed in the repair/rma queue.
