Revolutionizing Law Enforcement Tech – APB360 New and Updated Features
In today’s Post, we are excited to announce the release of a lot of new features and enhancements that we have been developing over the last few months in the APB360 Platform:
Comprehensive List of New and Updated Features in APB360:
New Features:
- When using the website to assign non-serialized assets to employees, you can now upload an image associated with the asset transfer log and the employee profile. This matches the functionality of the iOS mobile application
- A new help site is being built and a new support ticket system has been released, access it here: help.apb360.com
- New auditing functionality for non-serialized assets. You can now certify on a per-asset basis and location
- New self-certification message broadcast conditions
- Complete overhaul for the Firearm Inspection Report
- Version 2 of Self-Certification released, complete overhaul
Enhancements:
- Version 3.0.9 of the GunTRAC/APB360 iOS App released
- Upgraded several asset log reports to new portable/exportable table formats
- Complete revamp of firearm inspection reports and improved report export formats
- Migrated from Postmark e-mail services to Amazon SES
- Added date scored (qualification) to gap analysis report rows per asset
- The Asset type is now optional in the Gap Analysis report
- Changed the order by date on asset logs (most recent transfer first)
- Removed the supervisor value from the Roster report, supervisors can be viewed in employee profiles
- Added shortcut buttons for asset assignment in employee profile reports
- Added shortcut buttons on inventory reports to re-locate serialized assets and assign non-serialized assets easily
- Separated serialized and non-serialized assets in the Inventory Expiration report
- Added a unique ID as a prefix to all uploaded files, revamped how files are associated with assets and transfers
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug in logbook generation where a user might only want to see Acquisitions within a date range
- Fixed a reporting bug in Inventory where the last audit value was not appearing
- Expiring Assets Alert can be scheduled to email an employee. For example, you can schedule the report to run every Wednesday and email employees on your roster who have expiring assets coming up.
