New functionality has been released to enhance several employment/roster reporting features. Law Enforcement Quick ability to see if an employee has NEVER had any quals on record. New Email Routing Features

New functionality has been introduced to provide advanced RMA/Repair email notification routing rules. System users can now configure a specific email address to specific RMA Repair status scenarios: Refund, Repair and Replace. Additionally, specific emails can be configured for All Status Updates and Call Tag Requested. Seamlessly communicate with your customers as gunsmithing tickets are managed in the repair/rma queue. New Feature: Manage All User Permissions

Master operator accounts can now add and remove user permissions, including granting the Master Operator privileges. Most importantly, the “Retire” account status has been added as well. This functionality is available from the Employee/Operator Roster Report.

Disposition Record Filtering Updates

Users may now filter logbook reports by Disposition State (Geography). This is helpful in identifying risk levels associated with restrictive legislative actions planned or scheduled by certain states such as California for example. Compliance officers may choose one or more states while using this filter, along with any number of other meta data vectors already available. *Data that has been imported into the system from your legacy A&D logbook system may not be filterable.
