The popular “Self Certification” system has been completely revamped! Users now have the ability to capture photographs of each assigned asset and provide more detail on the nature of any dispute. Disputing an asset record now allows a user to suggest/request the actual correct quantity on hand, share a detailed note, or simply declare the item missing. Updates since 3.4.2 Self Certification for Inventory Audits has now arrived and notices can be broadcasted by either bulk email or text messaging. The self-certification does not require a login. This feature also provides the employee with an opportunity to upload 3 pictures of inventory and either confirm or dispute the inventory records.
